Sounds good, if only we can hold on to Steve Yelverton and co, I think Anthony Fennelly is a good signing, he had a brilliant game against us on the last game of the season and stopped Athlone losing by a lot more, Deccie was always a good player but had a bad injury some time back when playing against city, i think that the french guy who played for Galway last year has left them, he would be a good player to get, but we're a bit too far south for him.

Ken played with CityU21 last season I belive.

He is a big lad just what you need for a centre back.

I hope Rams can sign as many players as possible, cause they need to if they want to go for promation. I hope Yelverton stays. Why did Tony Tynan leave does anyone know? I think he will be a big loss in midfield.

Remember seeing Fennelly when he was with Waterford and if I remember correctly he was crap then! Haven't seen much of him recently but wouldn't want him as my keeper!

I have seen Fenelly a few times and I can tell you he is a good keeper.

Other then when we beat athlone heavily mainly because they had no defence he was outstanding in the cup game and made some great saves.

Also in the last game we played against Athlone at the end of the season he impressed me even more.

I think he will do well for us.

Lets not get negative about the new signings lets get behind the team and look forward to a good season no matter what happens.

Rambler 05 you need to try and loosen up and get rid of some of that tension.

judas cannot deal with the high ball,how many goals was he at fault for due to this at the end of last season.anyway if he signed we could not trust him,he may do another u turn and sign for another club 4 days before the season starts like last year.
henderson being a goalkeeper himself should know a good keeper,if not then we are in deep s--t next season.

i would re check his financial arrangements/contract with the club from your source.
thats a side issue as my point is judas was a handicap while in goal for rams,it was like starting every game a goal down due to his problem with dealing with the high ball.

again check your facts fennely was out for the start of last season and da rams match with a ankle injury it was the 21s keeper in goal for them and from the two games i saw him in last season he played very well. Does anyone know if sweeney and byrne are still at the club?
