Big changes on the way on at Waterford

Positive news for a change regarding the club.

Have heard it a few weeks ago myself. Small bit was in the local paper yesterday (I'll post it later). The full and in depth restructure of the club and future plans will be revealed after the UCD Saturday.

A current CEO of a company (Can't remember the name of it) and former chamber of commoners chairman is joining the board - Michael Garland. And there is to be new investment for the forthcoming season with the board to be changed up a bit.

Six players have agreed to sign for the forthcoming season. Some of whom have won the first division before. Some much needed experienced will be in the squad which we've missed with the past few years.

Things looking up for a change, club has been dying a slow death the past couple of years. The past two seasons have been the worst in the clubs history, it'll be good have something to shout about next season.

I presume a full statement will be released by the club. But then again there have been a big lack of activity on the club site this season.

I assume a few of our squad must have signed so!
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?
