Bit harsh!!!!! Cork were the better team, we were missing 2 of our best players - Casso and Sullivan and with no striker able to score we were always going to struggle. Their goal came from McNally not clearing his lines, another defender wud have cleared the ball down to the beach! But after going behind we controlled the game and had numerous chances to equalize but just cant score!
If we can keep a hold of the squad and add a few goalscorers we wud be fine next year!
It looked like our lad's didn't want to win , they stood back and let cork play all the way up the field. . I wouldn't blame the players, it's the way they were set up. . Cork were there to be taken but Cooke couldn't see this. They kept hoofing the ball, it had to be the worst performance from bray and on tv and in a semi final , it just wasn't good enough. .
