Jesus, last week all the Limerick fans were convinced Clarke hadn't dived against Bray. Now he's notorious for it!
Didn't feel it needed a new thread for this weekends one league fixture, but two massive goals inside one minute from Enda Curran have Galway ahead of Sligo and put them up into 8th place, at least temporarily. 20 minutes to play in Terryland.

Disastrous news.
2-1 Galway now.
All over, 2-1 Galway.
Galway v Limerick and Longford v Sligo next weekend. If we lose we're in big trouble.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
Wins for Limerick, Sligo and Bray in the bottom 7 next week could make it ridiculously tight altogether.
That'd leave it at:
Bray 34pts
Sligo 30
Longford 29
Derry 29
Galway 29
Drogheda 27
Limerick 26

Well done Galway. That was an important result tonight.
No idea how we won that. Actually, I do - goalkeeper Conor Winn must have felt like he was playing Sligo on his own at times. Some cracking saves to keep it 0-0, then Richard Brush has two complete brain farts in the space of 60 seconds and we are 2-0 up. Real backs to the wall then for the last 10 minutes after they pulled one back, but a MASSIVE three points for us. Another win next week and we are nearly there
How impressive Winn has been in recent week? some great stops tonight to keep Galway in game. Great to see Enda Curran scoring again but as Woodquayboy pointed out but goals came from mistakes from the Sligo keeper. This was a game Galway had to get something from so the win is vital, but I think 4 points still needed. Next week another cup final type game against Limerick. Nervous (very) last 10 minutes as Sligo also had a goal disallowed for off-side. Hope Dundalk wrap up the title at Tallaght next week, and they have a good party.
