    Fixtures 11th September

Matches up tonight in the Cup:

    Bray Wanderers v Killester, 19:45
Derry City v Cork City, 19:45
    Longford vs Sheriff YC, 20:0
    Dundalk v Sligo 19:25

    First Division:

    Wexford - UCD, 20:00

Would guess there'll be no need for replays, with Bray, Cork, Longford and Dundalk winning. Can't seem to find replay dates, but can I assume it'll be Monday?

Massive game in the First too. Really a must-win for UCD if they've to have any chance of winning it.
Have you ever won the treble?

It's going to be a horrible night looking at the rain forecast so shocks could be on the cards.

The awful conditions will suit us if anything. Hopefully the pitch is nice and boggy so we can hoof it plenty 😂

So ye might actually beat killester? Lol. Don't know about us tonight, depends which city turns up, the one that beat pats 4-0 or the one that lost 3-0 to rovers. Lose this game and our season is over

I have a bad feeling that at minimum this is going to a replay....ok just scored so I take it back for now!

2nd was a bit fancy by Kilduff.
3rd was a nice neat turn and finish from Finn. Sligo havent played that badly really but Dundalk have been clinical!

Sounds like a poor enough crowd which will prove Rovers stance probably with the dreadful weather and game on TV meaning a lot have stayed in to see the game.

    Hon the Town!

3-1 now, judging by updates we've had almost all the chances, but Sheriff scored a mad 35 yard one at the stroke of half time.

Pretty dominant by Dundalk all round but Sligo were horrendous. Wouldn't fear them at all in any potential play-off if it were to pass. Richard Brush is a bloody awful goalkeeper. He should have saved at least, being generous here, two of those goals.

Cracking finish by Kilduff though, worthy of any stage in world football.

Wexford take a step closer to the First Division title. 1-0 ahead in Ferrycarraig against UCD with less than five minutes left.

Sligo have improved nigel so imagine how they were previous. Wasnt there an Irish League player who scored a similar goal that was shown every where and I think nominated as one of UEFA's goal of the year?

Sligo is two classes above any team of First Division. At the moment in my opinion the only teams that could lose in the PO are Drogheda and Longford
    Today Dundalk played amazing

If that display tonight is Sligo improved, then I'd hate to have seen them earlier in the season. Regan Donelon wasn't good enough to get into Harps squad earlier in the season and he's playing week in week out for Sligo now.

I'd fancy Harps chances against that side and Harps are no mean shakes either.

Regan Donelan showed flashes of quality but he was up against Ciaran Coll to play left back so any chances he got we left wing. Ciaran is the best left back in the 1st Div by a long way imo and would easily be premier quality. One of the few players we have that could make the step up.

Still trying to understand why Liam Buckley wouldn't give him a game.

Dundalk wiped the floor with Sligo 2nd half.Delighted to see the return of the Shieldsayy who was phenomenal and huge credit to Meenan who pulled Sligo apart in the 1st half but it was a great team shift tonight like....
