Obviously delighted with the result yesterday. We would like to wish Clonmel Town all the best for the remainder of their season.
Thank you for providing food after, it was much appreciated on a cold and wet day.

They were the best team there last season which is why they won their league. However due to success of Clonmel Commercials in GAA, emigration and long term injuries they are struggling this year. In fact if all players were available they could have had an entirely different keeper and back four Sunday as a keeper and 2 defenders are tied up with GAA, one centre half is in Canada and the other has been injured all season. Don't think many junior teams could cope with such a loss.

From what I hear, Celtic and Michaels offer great expense payments so should no problem replacing players

I can guarantee you what you hear is wrong in respect of Clonmel Celtic. You're entering very dangerous territory making such a false claim. I'd suggest you immediately back up your claim or withdraw it. Thinking you're anonymous on this board doesn't protect you (or foot.ie for that matter) from such false claims that a club may consider slanderous.

Don't see how this is slanderous. Players are entitled to be reimbursed for expenses. There are no laws regarding limits on per mile payment. No laws being broken.
