Really strange that. Wikipedia: where would we be without it? And speaking of club colours, are Glentoran the only side in the IL which has green in its first team jerseys ?

Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
In the second tier there is Lurgan Celtic and PSNI with green in their kits.
Norwich the only team with green in their kit in the top two tiers in England.
#NeverStopNotGivingUp
Remarkably tense finish on the way now.
Crues just gone 1-0 down away to Ballymena. Coleraine 0-0 away to third placed Glenavon. 25 to go. Coleraine must better Crues' result to take a first title since their only other triumph in 1974
1-1 at Ballymena now, c'mon coleraine
2-1 win for Crues, while Coleraine can only draw. So they're second despite losing just one game all year.
That title challenge came out of nowhere I think?

Well done Crusaders, did what they had to when it mattered. Coleraine were top of the league for about 15 minutes in the second half but were nervy all afternoon, they had trouble controlling the ball throughout and chances were few and far between.
Lets hope we get a reaction on Saturday now in the cup final, it's still a booby prize though. It was all the draws that did it for Coleraine especially for me the Linfield one, when Coleraine gave up a 2 goal advantage with just a few minutes left.
Nowt wrong with a booby prize. Cliftonville were the better team first half but Coleraine as they have been doing all season came back strongly in the second half. A couple of very fine goals too, well worthy of a cup final. Eoin Bradley didn't know if he was back with the Derry GAA for a few minutes there at the end there controlling the ball with his hand when it was nicely lobbed into him and then after, the way he took his goal chipping the goalie like that. 16 years since they last won it, time flies. Now for next years league.
It's been all Cliftonville in the early stages but Coleraine nearly score with their first foray into opposition territory!
The Reds were very nearly the masters of their own downfall as Brian Neeson and Jamie Harney go for the same ball, it drops loose to Eoin Bradley whose left footed snap-shot from the left of the box lands on the roof of the empty net.
