Getting back to the flags an banners............................ I was looking at that website , very good. But I'll tell ye If bobs are to be spent on somthing like that it should be done right. I've experienced buying banners before, and the best you can get are ones made up by a sailmaking company, lets face it they have to be hardwearing and last the course. The last one we got made cost almost double other prices we got, but the feckin thing is still going strong after 8 years, and it gets an outing every week, rain or sun. Just cos the supporters club are buying one don't mean us nomads can't chip in for wan too.......cover that feckin eyesore of an exit, and I know a fella who'll keep it during the week not 200 meters from the +. All we want then is a few bodies to erect it before the match.

You can see a small picture of Neil Mulvey's banner here www.geocities.com/bohemianfc/hbk50.jpg if you copy and paste the URL into your browser.Originally posted by Neil
Peadar, would you be able to enquire from Neil Mulvey about the cost of printing 'Shed End' in black on a 20x20 foot banner? I'll e-mail FourFiveOne asking if they'd throw a few bob.
It looks class I think you'll all agree.
Have Boot Disk, will travel
It looks kinda crap really ... i mean it is a Bohz banner, who in their right mind would want one of them.![]()
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Yeah. I saw that in Midleton at the Super Cup game. It's a good one alright. So how did he get the 'Times' font done? Is it painted on or sewed material?Originally posted by Peadar

Why not Paint SHED-END on to the back wall of the shed or something like CCFC? Twould be very easy to do, MFA would probally wet thier pants with annoyance though.......
Oh no not them again
isnt there a place out by the x which suplies flares
Life isn't all beer and football...some of us haven't touched a football in months
What about the foot.ie banners, they look pretty dacent. Somthing with city or sheddies on tour on em' wouldn't look too bad either. String them along the front of the shed, like at the Derry game, they'd look better than advertising banners which should be on the sidelines anyway (just a wee gripe foot.ie) but they certainly add colour and they can't cost that much.

just to clarify, it's a City supporter who owns those foot.ie banners, not foot.ie itselfOriginally posted by Zedi

Apologies................................ but I still think advertising is advertising and should be kept seperate from the supporters. Could you price them with City slogans on them?
