other div 2 is looking good with the race for second congrats to tower on winning league good team
Looked like a team about to blow the league the night we beat them 2-0. Lost the heads very easily. In saying that we can't field a team tonight against them cos of injuries and barely fielded a team Monday against bohs cos of injuries. The pile of games all at once seems to be affected a good fes clubs. Injuries bound to happen!

Still and no offence to any teams but with the caliber of players that glenvale have they should of walked it! i no any team can beat any team on there day nut with ex premier players and a ex MSL player is poor! they had two games in hand and fell apart! and on the pile of games its a disaster i know but what can you do the weather messed up the whole lot of winter so it was obvious what was going to happen! hard on teams in the premier having to travel to park on a week day!! i was shown a thing in work last week or the week before of corkbeg having to travel something like 160 km to play newmarket!!! i know games have to be played but surely common knowledge and put on a weekend!!

No offense taken, yes i'd be thinking the same. When we went 1-0 up and giving them a proper game they started getting ratty and asking what are these f**kers playing for anyway. Looked as though they were going to run away with the league for a while alright and have some very very good players. The travel aspect is crazy - we were in the same league as Banteer for 4 seasons - 162km round trip and then last season and the season before Newmarket - 200km round trip from Ballinspittle. Meeting up at 8.30am on a sunday morning to travel to a game is crazy and one of the many reasons we left the West Cork league was to avoid the ridiculous travel involved.

Jim Rielly is the worst referee to ever go on a pitch. How he got a license is beyond me

Naming referees is hardly fair we could all add someone to the list mind.
Glenvale not winning the league was a big shock the last few weeks, elsewhere bohs are in great form,
Hillington putting together a great run to stay up, tower continue to rise,
Caatleview juniors continue to fall surprisingly, in division 3 Pearse and city wanderers continue to
Do well, blackpool and donoughmore level with 1 game to play against each other. Also a lot of cups to be played soon once the Belarus game is done. The season will run into preseason for some almost

The season will finish on June 10th. Not too far behind previous seasons despite the atrocious weather for 4 months. And werent Tower beaten by Park in the league, in a semi final by Banteer and a quarter final by Hibs all in the last 10 days? I'd say wheels are coming off as opposed to continuing to rise!

Any sane man would class going up as rising kid.
4 away games in the last 7 days.
Lost a semi and a quarter which was tough to take but then won the league last night.
    The wheels are firmly on.

Another promotion for tower I would consider that continuing to rise all day long. Any teams ultimate goal for any season must be to get promoted, titles and cups are a bonus. A lot of football snobbery when a club is in the lowest leagues in terms of attracting players etc so its the real achievement to advance a level.

    It's hard to know.
Slight advantage to park in that they play at home .
    Should be a cracking game.
    2 good sides.

Ah this is laughable stuff altogether, tower just won back to back league titles . Went however many league games unbeaten and because they didn't go on to win a treble the wheels are coming off, sounds very much like sour grapes to me, 2nd place for me will go to park because they on a bit of a run whereas cloughduv seemed to have lost the run of themselves after cup final win
