poor 2nd half maybe i went away with 20 mins left in my opinion from what i seen aul held ther own 1st half went in 2-1 down .2 long range goals were out of this world ,i think the changes at half time upset the game in msl favour ..some players on show tonite in msl so i think a great run out for our lads.Originally Posted by the hawk
Jus trying to be positive lad. Some good individual performances. Thought the two full backs played well. Also the two lads in the middle. Wingers offered nothing really. Two centre halfs didn't do much wrong either.

this will be a long year for the cork aul if they play all there buddys. pick a team that will go out and try there hart out not pick all your buddys ( higgins has his friends in there already). not 1 grattan player in that team why is that can anyone tell me ?
some of the best in cork and still gets bate 5-2 they would want to pull the finger out and look harder if you ask me.

pa long best player in league like a litle terrier everytime he plays so calm on ball always moves ball quick..howey is good player but went missing last year for glenthorn went push came to shove in league..
howey is playin well for village this year. pa long is top class and he gives his hart to the game.

Grattan were contacted to send 3 players up (Grattan's managers choice) he picked 3 players and as far as I know, 2 of them refused.
still dont get why people would refuse to represent your own league baffles me at times as far as i am aware i was told that club insurance wouldnt cover a player who got injured on it last season so i understand it on them terms
what makes ya think i play with village? killer im no keyboard warrior like barthez and long-ball there the keyboard warriors on here. them grattan players are stuck up players so they are? not going out playing with the aul team because they think there this and that grow up and go out and play and see what its like.
