Pats fairly comfortable tonight, should have been 4 or 5, I'm not sure if Bohs just had an off night but they looked poor enough especially at the back.

Next time we play Bohs in the league it will be exactly 5 years to the day since they last beat us in the league

Agreed, we looked tired from the start.Missing leaders like Pender Murphy and Mulcahy tonight.Could have been 5-1 easily.

The tiredness was key I thought. Bohs competed in the first half but were chasing shadows in the second. Pats midfield in complete control

Lopes the only Bohs player to play well really.

Why did bohs agree to play Pats in the same week as Dundalk and Rovers?

I think that the FAI asked all clubs to Co operate in scheduling games to avoid clashes with Euro club matches
Could have been worse, could have been Monday night.
We got one point from the Dalk Pats, Rovers games in the first round. We are on 3 for this round, so a result v Rovers will be a more than decent return.

I can see Pats pushing Dundalk all the way if Fagan ,
Forrester and Conan Byrne stay fit.

Conan is out for a few weeks. He didn't play last night.

We're too inconsistent, I don't think we'll be getting close to Dundalk unless they have a complete meltdown.
    Here on a technicality.

We were told we had to play on Monday night.
Bit of a farce that the FAI schedule matches for July, knowing that teams won't be able to fulfill them, then to re-arrange them with one week's notice.

Too much ground to make up at this stage unfortunately. We'd be doing very well to catch Cork.
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.
