I was going to post this up yesterday. I've already put all my ICE numbers in my phone. It makes sense, and it takes no time at all and as no one knows wahts round the corner its a sensible precaution.
A new initiative from the East Anglian Ambulance Trust and backed by Vodafone to help if you've been involved in an emergency situation.
Simply use your mobile’s phone book to store the name and number of someone who should be contacted if you have an emergency – but add the letters ICE in front of their name.
ICE stands for ‘In Case of Emergency’: it’s what the emergency services will look for if you’re involved in an accident and have your mobile phone with you.

it seems like a good idea, i think an ex service man who invaded the falklands came up with the idea.
anyhow it seems to be making its way around and people are catching onto it. spose it has to be a good thing.
