Thank God ive been in Australia all year because i couldnt of stomached watching that crap all season,bottom of the league,still playing at pike,no money,no players!!!!I heard a vicious rumour that a consortium is going to take over "The Super Blues" and bring some much needed funds to the club,also are we moving back to Hogan park?? I hope these rumours are true because if there not il have no reason to come home......."LIMERICK TIL I DIE"

yea they are in the middle of a take over its going well but these things take time to sort out , they are also trying to buy back hogan park . the plan is to invest 2.5 mill in the club build a 6 to 7,000 seater stadium and hope to have limerick in the top 3 of the prem with in 3 years !!

i think i can safely say that as a true supporter who knows that the name of his club is LIMERICK FOOTBALL CLUB that we do indeed have more then 500 supporters especially when we have a successful team. This idea of empty seats was mentioned to me before, any guesses as to who said it?

that means its a joke .
i know there is more than 50 supporters but not 500 dont be fooling yourself , maybe on big games but not an average attendence for the season .

it doesnt matter i want 10,000 anyway for our eventual european nights, under 21 internationals, underage internationals, Kennedy cup finals, junior internationals, FAI cup venue (neutral) etc and leave the pitch long and we can host other games too. and !!!= a joke? no lol or

i think its safe to say a 6 to 7 thousand seater stadium wud be enough, but a new stadium and successful team wud bring a lot more supporters then 500!!!

(they'd bcum a "big" club like bohs)

Or else this proposed stadium could rumble on for the next 20 years and we'd become a "big" club like rovers.
