This ranking takes into account results from 2012/13, 13/14 and 14/15 - so English clubs must perform better than the Italian and German clubs in 15/16 and 16/17 to ensure they don't lose a spot for the 2018/19 Champions League.
Bear in mind that Italian clubs have a guaranteed 5 games left this season so they could open the gap even further.
