On the match i dont know i havent watched any liverpool match this year so i dont know how good or bad they are playing , While Everton started brilliantly had a really bad patch im no tsure if they are over that yet they beat sheff wens and boro but looked quite poor in both and then lost to newcastle .

i expect it to line up like this

    Howard

    Hibbert yobo lescott Baines
Artetta Jags Neville ( GGRRRR) Pienarr
Faddy Yak ( or maybe Vic i think he deserves the start )

Liverpool have been really awful since Agger and Alonso got injured, no cutting edge without Alonso and the defending far too deep without Agger.

I wouldn't be one bit surprised, take any Liverpool match since the 6-0 over Derby and they have been eyebleeding experiences

They are always awful games!! well with the exception of last year.

We need a big game from arteta although I have a sneaking feeling that James McFadden could be a hero for us if he has recovered from his midweek trip to Georgia.

If he does go, given that he signed a 5 year deal in the summer, we should be putting a price tag of 20m on him, 15m at the minimum but to be honest, I wouldn't consider selling him at any price because he is our best player by some distance.

He will leave i just hope its later rather than sooner as you say our best player by a mile i think he is gettign very ****ed off at everton ive seen him in the last few games giving out (which he normally doesnt do) to neville and the likes for lumping balls up the pitch. Its stupid as it takes our best player out of the game .

We can put a 20 mill price tag on him but we wont get it he is worth it but if he asks to leave there isnt much we can do. Im not surprised lazy journalists have been writting this story for the last 3 years,

Just like Gravesen he will leave if he gets the call. Not saying anything bad about that but its the way things go.

Am not looking forward to the game on sat. Derby was a watershed for us. By that I mean we started to play worse and worse as each game has passed ever since. Hopefully the international break will set things right.

Happens every club its very hard to keep players when the big boys come knocking but like Grav i dont think he is good enough yet i love the guy but im sure Fabergas would be on there list ahead of him. I think if he did go he would find himself in and out of the team and floating around in a year or two again.

It seems we all have bad feelings about this derby its not going to be pretty anyway thats for sure

    Consistent as ever

Edit, I'm sure I remember you raving about Graveson before he left too but I'm not going to go to that much trouble to try and dig it up.

Im confussed what point are you making are you saying that Artetta would be ahead of Fabregas on Reals shopping list ?? Fabregas is a far better long term option when you consider the players age and skill levels .

Wouldnt think so about Tommy G ive allways felt that he was average enough for 4 years then played well for 4 months and left in jan. i suppose if you look back you could find something or other.

Maybe something like this about Gerrard

Just pointing out your inconsistencies anto, you'd do the same You call Arteta genius in one breath and then say he isn't good enough yet for the top drawer in another.

Big difference being a genius at Everton and being one at Madrid

Oh right, you should have put "at Everton only" after it then. Anyway, lets not get into a lather over over it. I'm only half teasing you, i'm sure when I slip up you'll be ready to pounce and return the favour.
