Personally if it was a genuine apology, then yep I would. The issue is whether it was genuine or not. 'Rooney's story' in the paper was a bit too much of a coincidence.

I would be inclined to agree with mypost that regardless of what the Sun said, it wouldn't be accepted by a considerable amount of people entrenched in their views. However that particular attempt at an apology wouldn't/shouldn't be genuinely accepted by anybody anywhere.

Tell all the Bohs you know
that we've gone and won two-in-a-row
and it's not gonna be three
and it's not gonna be four
it's more likely to be 5-1.

**** poor performance last night from the ressies , just managed to scrape through but at least they won , but a few good points

lesscott was brilliant calm and in control all day

Mark hughes came in and played really well should be able for a few prem starts this year

Anchovie did well made the goal and worked hard all day could have had a goal or 2 if the ref had got his act together

VDM got 70 mins looked really unfit but kept running and didnt want to come off some good touches .

Wright was terrible as normal as was beattie he needs to get his game going at the moment anchovie is playing much better than him

The apology as stated by dfx, was the latest and most detailed of them all to date.

The timing of the apology is not really the issue tbh, no matter if it came 5 days, 5 years, 15 years later or in 20 years time, those with an agenda against the paper will always pick holes in it.

    What does that mean ?
I'd say a club like Everton should be happy with a point against Wigan

So are Liverpool in or out of the title race, or are they in title race limbo? Maybe Richard Keys and Jamie Redknapp have the definitive answer.

Hope the reds aren't getting carried away with that result at home to Spurs. Sure we beat them away and with ten men.

Newcastle away is always tough. Their goal was offside but I won't whinge about it like a red. These things even themselves out over the course of a season. Wigan we should have done better, dominated the game should have put it well beyond them two lapses in concentration, not good enough.
Anyway, still unbeaten. Back to winning ways on Saturday against sh1ty.

Why would anyone be cheering at this stage of the season, unless they'd already played and won their cup final for the season of course......
