thanks - was going to post this but couldn't find the match thread.
no surprises / omissions there that i can see, though i think charlie adam had missed a couple of squads and the dundee keeper is new (but presumably 3rd choice)
edit: they are missing grant hanley who started against us in glasgow. he had been out injurted for a long time but did hope to be fit for the ireland game:

Chris Martin of Derby is also absent after recent injury troubles. Don't think he would have been a candidate to start anyway but may have seen game time.
I was wondering why Adam hadn't been in recent squads, thinking perhaps he had fallen out with Strachan. He's a good player. Mulgrew, who had such a good game in Glasgow, has just returned from a long spell out I think. I e been impressed by Berra any time I have seen him this year.
Anya has real pace, Naismith and Malonery have guile but by and large our players are at least as good, if not better. I honestly think that. Of course confidence, cohesion, tactics, luck etc also play a part.
Of course our players are as good as if not better than Scotland but our players need to believe it. If they don't it's goodbye to the Euros.

I really don't think they are.
We've some good, they've some good. They've better goalkeepers, we've centre backs playing at a higher level, we've a better right back, they've a better left back... midfield would probably be a mixture with McCarthy the stand out player on club form. Attacking wise the likes of Naismith, Maloney and Anya are fairly similar to Long, Hoolahan and McGeady. Home advantage should be a telling factor but we haven't made the new Lansdowne count so far, the opposite in fact. Scotland are the more confident side and sometimes that confidence can lead to the bit of luck that Stutts mentioned, belief really can't be underestimated and they definitely have more of that at the moment I feel. That said, the late goals so far will keep us believing until the end as well but it would be fantastic if, for once, we don't give yourselves a mountain to climb and actually take the lead and control the game. Knowing us, that's completely hypothetical though.
I heard that Darren Fletcher started a 14th consecutive match last night for the first time in his career. Bad timing for us but fair play to the guy after his ordeal. Will a fully fit Darren Fletcher be a shoe in to start against us? If so, who's likely to miss out?
Didn't Fletcher retain captaincy of the Scottish team through injury? He was never really officially replaced.

Anya will surely start for them, won't he?
Yeah, Walters is a nailed on starter I'd imagine, rightly or wrongly.
It would be great if McGeady could get a start at the weekend for Everton. The Northern Ireland and England games would bring him up to speed after that.
when do tickets go on sale for this, does anyone know? i will be coming over from inglind. apologies if wrong thread/forum.
Tickets on general sale today for England game. Scotland tickets are still on pre-sale to clubs, leagues and season ticket holders.

I type this reluctantly but we're doing fairly well injury wise for this aren't we? Obviously Gibson is out and Ciaran Clark, who probably wouldn't have been involved anyway. Anybody else of note? Keane and McGeady need to get up to speed. I see Wilson only came on as a sub for Stoke at the weekend... he is still normally first choice isn't he?
Compared to the game in Glasgow we have McCarthy and Whelan back available, and Hendrick is back after missing the Poland game.

Wilson wasn't first choice for the final month or so of the season, and the one time he did play he was sent off.
Oh right... all of that totally passed me by.
