Yeah, you should have seen how quickly and how readily Vaughan, Gorman, Shiels etc were shown the door by their respective clubs

Monaghan United fans who were becomming anxious about the number of first team regulars who have signed for other clubs during the close season will be relieved to hear that behind the scenes manager Mick Cooke has been busy building his squad for next season. Re-signed for 2005 are Player of the Year Jimmy Fullam and Supporters Player of the Year Jim Murphy, as well as Keith Foy, Sean Kelly and Graham Doyle.

Alan Lee, a tall striker who played for United in pre-season last season has also been signed by Mick Cooke, as has goalkeeper Robbie Horgan who has previously played for Dublin City.

Wonder if Georgie, Dan, The Crock, Fenn etc have received their Xmas cards from their pals in League 1/2 yet?

In fairness, DC are probably more a DC reject XI after signing back a lot of the players Collins let go?! Surely a unique achievement!

Probably not, but I'll get them to send a few cards down to the first divison...

You know Sheri, there are different levels of "reject"
For instance there are the rejects because a manager can't see just how good a player they have and then there are the rejects who are, eh.... just eh...rejects!...

Happy Christmas to all at DCFC.....

If I had my way, there'd be a lot more of Roddy's "Rejects" coming back, and they'd walk the First Division. What a plonker the man is.

Following an extensive search of the internet I think it should be Gerry.

Joined Bray last season from St Pats but hardly played for them at all?

Saying as you seem to have forgotten us down here in the First Division

    Sligo Rovers:

    In:
    An American Midfielder and striker
    A Nigerian Striker
    (all unamed as of yet)

    Out:
Keith Carty, Darren Jack, Damien Scanlon,
John Straker, Ramuel Miller, Rivere Williams,
Andy Neary, Mark Cassidy, Alan Flynn,

Cobh Ramblers have signed Alan Carey and Mark Clifford from Waterford United while Steve Yelverton has gone in the opposite direction to join Alan Reynolds’ team.
