He's always seemed like a lad with his head screwed on, even when he broke into the Mervue first team at 16 years old in the First Division here. One lad that I'd really like to see do very well for himself.

Brilliant to hear. He was aiming to become a physiotherapist before the likelihood of going pro became realer and realer and he scored 500 and something (545 I think) in his leaving cert so he's an intelligent lad which is clearly combining well with his footballing talent and humility. Fingers crossed on this one but it certainly looks as though he won't be losing the faith of Holloway any time soon.
Linked with Premier League teams.

Nice to see him get on as a sub today after playing midweek in cup and not making bench for first game
Starts today has worked back into Holloway's plans well
Straight red on Saturday only minutes after coming on V Barnsley - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42841908
Manager says he was unlucky & it was more the surface.
He hasn't played much recently so I was disappointed on Friday when I saw he got a red. Whilst he's missing games, at least he hasn't let the manager down too much.
Nice to see Ryan Manning has put QPR 1-0 up away to high-flying Aston Villa. Badly wanted confidence booster.
Gone to Rotherham on loan

See? This is what happens when you send Ryan Manning out on loan, Steve McLaren: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/45152565
Starts tonight. Gets an assist too.
Named Rotherham's motm too - http://www.the42.ie/ryan-manning-rot...94780-Aug2018/
Great stuff. He appears to be a confidence player so if he can get a full season and a full run in the team under his belt it will help his career hugely.
It was an ironic night for him. QPR were beaten by Bristol City at home to leave them rooted at the bottom with no points from 4 games. He’s got a young and bright manager in a Paul Warne over him and Rotherham are on an upward trajectory. Contrast that to the very QPR appointment of Steve McClaren who hasn’t had a good season in a while, and nor have QPR really. He’s a lucky boy.
Rotherham are also trying to bring Richie Towell back on loan.
Hit the post with peno that towell won and hit the post with a shot earlier. Himself , towell and forde all started
