Cork City are set to re-sign all five players who had their contracts run out at the end of the season, it was reported today.

Neal Horgan, Billy Woods, Cillian Lordan, reserve and U21 goalkeeper Mark McNulty and Jamie Nolan will all sign new deals, according to the Evening Echo.

The players will meet club technical director Liam Murphy and team manager Pat Dolan over the next 10 days or so.

thats not the case. spillane occasionally gets it right, but this is not one of those cases.

I am saying it is early days yet ... i agree the club should be trying to sign players on two-three year contracts but just in the case of Stephen O'Flynn ... out all year, recovered and then car crash, bad luck ... what other club has seen him and his form, they will hardly be as interested in him as if he was bangin' them in all year.
