753 official in Finn Park, to be confirmed for definite though. A total of 2 more paying customers than the first home game, but there were well over 100 free kids tickets so total attendance was around the 900 mark. Hopefully a good result against UCD next weekend will see a big crowd for Athlone game.

Anyone able to help with missing attendance figures? While some clubs have been very helpful, others are less than excellent at responding to emails or social media requests.

no idea what the Bray crowd was to be honest - there were maybe 150 City fans there, but I'm not familiar enough wite ground to give a good estimate of the home crowd. Think that was my first visit since we came back up I think.
Cabinteely haven't confirmed their count yet, but initial estimates have it close to 700, according to the club. Will go with 550 for Bray until I get anything more official. Thanks for the help.

Longford V Bray - 480 official

Cabinteely had around 300 for the Waterford match & there was 450 for the Limerick v Pats game.
Looking good for the average so far, but perhaps a false representation due to Rovers having quite attractive home fixtures - Pats, Cork and Bohs.
I know its early days but its quite hilarious that Cabinteely have an average higher than Shels and UCD combined.
What'll make a big difference this year is the replacement of Shamrock Rovers B with Cabinteely. Time will tell what the rest will be like, but I can't image the overall average will improve by more than around 200.
What's most encouraging though is the total attendance figure so far. Within two weeks the total attendance figure will rise above 100,000, only 6 weeks into the season. Already, the total attendance is just under 1/5 of last seasons total.
At the same point last season, with each team playing the same amount of games they have this season, replacing Cabinteely with Shamrock B:
Total attendance: 60,696
Premier: 49,189
First: 11,507
Average: 1,319
Higher averages this season from Bray, Derry, Dundalk, Galway, Longford, Shamrock Rovers, Sligo, Cobh, Harps and Wexford. Cabinteely obviously much higher than Shamrock Rovers B, by around 750.

Cabinteely is a better away trip in general, although you're stood next to the pitch without cover. But there is a somewhat sense of atmosphere given they've a bunch of young lads with a few flags and a drum giving it ago for the 90 minutes. It is much better than been in a soulless Tallaght surrounded by few thousand empty sits with the only noise been from both managers barking orders. Given it was Cabinteely's second home game on the trot there were a reasonably decent crowd there last weekend.
I personally thought there were more at the Cabinteely Blues game then our previous away trip to Wexford (Where just over 500 was the attendance I think), seemed as though more were there and looked as if more people were around three sides of the ground, the bar behind the goal seemed fairly full as well. I thought the Wexford game had less then 500. So on that basis of the Wexford game I'd estimate the attendance was 550-600 for the Cabinteely game.
1,723 confirmed att. @ Sligo R v Bray W.
