heres an interview with Paddy McCarthy from the bluearmy site about his recent suspension and the need to clean up his game
McCarthy itching to get back to work

After his two-match ban, Leicester City captain Paddy McCarthy can hardly wait to get back in the swing at Luton on Saturday.
He was badly missed in the 2-0 defeat at Ipswich as the two goals came from headers, but the Irishman hopes to get his place back despite Saturday's vital win over Hull.
He said: "It has been very frustrating, especially as the ban means it will have been three weeks out by the time Saturday comes round.
"The lads have done well, had a difficult day at Ipswich, but bounced back with a good result last Saturday."
McCarthy, although banned, travelled down to Suffolk with the rest of the team just to be part of the squad, the sort of demeanour that has him earmarked for the eventual full club captaincy currently held by Danny Tiatto.
More immediately, though, he wants to get through the rest of the season without another ban. He is on something of a knife-edge as, with 10 bookings to his name, one more would mean a suspension.
McCarthy said: "I just have to be careful if, or when, I get back in, and try not to pick up any silly bookings. In the position I play you might pick up a few along the way, but I have to try to stamp it out."
He is not taking his return for granted by any means. He watched Patrik Gerrbrand and Patrick Kisnorbo do well on Saturday and must now await the decision of boss Robert Kelly.
McCarthy, though, is pleased to see more points on the board and said: "Saturday was a massive win for us. It dragged Hull and Derby back into it.
"We set out with the simple aim when Robert took over to finish above whoever the bottom three would be.
"We are clear of that now but we are not going to sit back thinking the season is over. We must push on to get as high as we possibly can and lay a foundation for next season.
"We now have Luton, Millwall and Reading, and these three will be tough.
"Luton are difficult, especially on their home ground, and then Millwall is such a massive game before we have the league leaders back here, so we will not be picking up easy points.
"Last Saturday might not have been our best football but the most important thing was the victory and three points. That is how it is going to be from now on, not pretty but effective."
