Anyone round here regretting those choke comments round about now!!

Well done to UCD on getting up and running the title to the end. We've both had the best seasons in Div 1 history with our points tallys, but thankfully, we have the cup.

Cheers to Schumi for updates from Belfield, see yous next year.

Congrats to Harps. It would have been harsh for us had we nt been promoted this week, us smashing the points record as well as you. It's been an amazing season for both of us. Good luck next year, hope we can both stay up.

Not really - we've bigger fish to fry than the First Division title!

Just wished youz had left it a bit longer to score the first - we'd hardly taken our seats after selling programmes and you were in touch already...

Bodes well for both clubs for next season though - teams who do exceptionally well in the First usually do alright in the Premier the next season. No official word on what the story with relegation is though...

By the way, the U-21 Cup is much bigger than the First Division trophy!

Yep. Have a picture of it too - looks like dishwater! Only got through about an inch of it myself (and that was an inch of the pint glass I got from it, not from the trophy!

No regrets on the choke comments, we had to put pressure on you some way, it was probably the only way you were likely to throw it away, makes about 10% of Saturday's fanzine look a little silly though! Was that you who left an indecipherable (although that could have been down to my state as much as yours!) voicemail on my phone on Saturday night?

Congratulations to Harps on winning the division, definitely the best team we played this season. I look forward to our trip down there again next season.

Early enough considerin only got to bed at 7.30 am.

That was indeed a Mr Men vocal performance you got on the voicemail. It's perhaps an indication of how relieved we are to ditch the choke tag once and for all, as in fairness to you lot its been pretty true up till now. We would like to thank you lads for latching onto it and jinxing yourselves well and truly though!!

And pineapple, size ain't everything!!!
