    C.i.s.p.r 22

Lads, can anyone give a good definition on this ??

Not a whole lot coming for this and most of it is jargon. Any info will help !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

CISPR 22 is an International Standard for Electromagnetic compatibility of information technology equipment, multimedia equipment and receivers.

Levels of spurious signals generated by the ITE are checked and limits are specified for the frequency range 9 kHz to 400 GHz

Essentially it's about the level of interference generated by electronic equipment.

You understand what it is, right?
    Electronic equipment generates Electromagnetic Interference.
This can cause problems with radio equipment (amongst other things).
The CISPR 22 standard was introduced in 1997 to control this level of interference. It defines how the equipment should be tested and levels or interference recorded in order for compliance.
Not really much more I can tell you.
