The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Couple of us e-mailed them about that at the start of the season - they say they have no immediate intention of releasing the attendances; no reason given. I'd say it's at least some way down to the fact that all the clubs aren't complying yet. I think on a technicality, UEFA Licencing calls for the attendances to be reported by clubs to the FAI, and not for the FAI to make them public...Originally Posted by DAXION
