There is a reason why there is a preponderance of Scottish managers in the top 4 tiers of English football and not a single Irish born manager.

Their sides are solid enough. Even the side that went out, drew 2-2 in Slovenia. Wales nearly had 2 sides in the next round bar a 95th min goal.
