Bit disappointing that he never seemed to cement a place Preston after playing over 20 league games and scoring four times in 2012/13 - seemed to be a bit-part player this year. That said, he's not yet 21 so hopefully he can get regular action at Notts County and get his career back on an upward trajectory. Has anybody here seen him play? Does he have potential for the future?

Brendan Moloney had signed on loan for Northampton at the start of this window but he's turned that into a permanent deal for the next 3 and a half years- which is quite the contract for League 2.

He'll be soon joined in the town of Northampton by Munster Rugby's JJ Hanrahan to add to the Kerry contingent of sportsmen there!
