    My sympathy goes to you on this matter. Because at the end of the day the vast majority of patrons going to Lansdowne, just don't care enough to go the full hog and protest.

    I reckon its an Irish thing not to upset the apple cart and glibly accept the situation, while having a good rant about it in bars up and down the country. Its a national trait which, in my opinion, serves the country well at large, in terms of our image abroad. (People in Toronto have commented to me as such)

    The only way to really lobby for change IMO is directly through the media. Strike action at grass roots level has a history of ineffectiveness dating back to the Lock Out era of the 1930's.

    The likes of Joe Duffy bringing attention to this bunch of morons is excellant press. I wish you and your colleagues continued success in ye're crusade against the byword for incompetence - FAI.
