that pats got a decision from due process which fined them for wrong doing rather than docking them 9 points in no way makes pats cheats..........it may make that process a sham but hey kids Saint Pats made none of the 3 (that's right THREE!!!) rulings on this case

for the record here's who did:

Ruling 1
fine PATS £1,000 and warned to future conduct.......courtesy of three people who are paid a pretty penny to actually run this league

Shels Appeal "to uphold integrity of the rules"

Ruling 2
uphold shels appeal and dock Pats 9 points.....who made this decision I hear you ask? why of course 3 people who have no experience of anything to do with National League Football.......HOORAY FOR FAIR PLAY AND WISE DECISION MAKING, MY ARSE - names: A three-man FAI appeal committee - comprising Gerry McAnaney (Defence Forces), Maurice Fleming (SFAI) and Terry McAuley (Universities) -

Ruling 3
Shels state publicly that the integrity of the rules has now been "re-affirmed" and announce in a statement that they would be happy for Pats to appeal and to allow "scope" for interpretation of the appeal ruling

and we all know what happened next - as Pats took the opportunity granted to them - Reidy arbitration
