He's a tall enough lad. Looked pretty lightweight in the recent U21 game with Germany though.
Thought he already had a thread, but apparently not, even though he played regularly for Oldham on loan earlier this season
Signed a new contract with Bolton today until 2018: http://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/article/c...t-2116896.aspx
Scored in this game for Oldham too, goal on 0:19

That'll sell some tickets.

He played the first half of that u21 game v England. Big bloke, well over 6 feet (as were most of our lads, unusually). We didn't play the ball to him that much, in classic Irish style he was relying on flicking the ball on to space. We did actually try to play the ball down but we usually lost possession by the time we got to the final third. It'd have been good to see him with some decent service.
Stutts do you think the US girls will beat china tonight?
No Somos muchos pero estamos locos.
Yes.
I wonder will we ever see a headline: Wilkinson puts Blades to the Sword?
Not on Gillette Soccer Saturday anyway.
Hello, hello? What's going on? What's all this shouting, we'll have no trouble here!

up an running this season with a goal after 4 mins away at chesterfield.
Going out on loan at Portsmouth until the end of the season: http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/news/a...s-3023279.aspx
Has been bouncing around on loans for the last few years, now on one at Chesterfield, where he got two goals yesterday - let's hope he can build on that
Another brace for Wilkinson tonight against Gillingham - not quite ready to call it goalscoring form or even a streak yet but a few more games like that and he could put himself on the radar, particularly given our paucity of strikers under 25
Well, Wilkinson didn't extend that streak from last year, but he did get his first competitive goal for Gillingham tonight in a 7-5 thriller againts Reading U21s: https://www.gillinghamfootballclub.c...ing-ct-report/
Have we ever had an international called Finn or Fionn? If not, it's about time - call him up MON. Meanwhile, Wilkinson got his second in three games and his first league goal for Gillingham: http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/41951609
Came off the bench to grab Gillingham's equaliser against Oxford: http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/42406957
