It's all a bit Empirsh if you ask me. They are all the usual suspects for the top 20. Lost Horison..whats that?

One of my favourites is 12 Angry Men. Simple but brilliant.

Star Wars is a bit ****e. Saving p. ryan is pretty ****e. Life of brian is good.

The story of a group of people who find themselves in an enchanted paradise when their plane crashes somewhere in the Himalayas. Known as Shangri-La the place provides an escape from the rest of the world where World War II is starting. Its old (1937) but very good. Its a Frank Capra film.

i agree, fantastic idea for a movie, but i can't help that feel that it would have been even better with better quality of actors in it.

While not in top 20 would add Adaptation (really annoying movie to watch but way too clever to be left out) & Eternal Sunsine of the Spotless Mind (really surprised me, who would have Jim Carrey could act?) to favs now.

Jim Carrey can act but not in that.

Initially liked it only to realise once I'd left the cinema that it was in fact rubbish. It's called the Charlie Kaufman-writes-annoyingly effect.
