Did just 60 people really watch the Cobh match?

I just read that on the Leader's website. If that's true that is genuinely sad. People in Limerick say they love sports and go in their drones to Munster rugby and gaelic sports. And they also go in their drones to support Man U and Liverpool. There's a Kilmallock group of the Man U supporters group, for heavens sake. Where's the loyalty? If Limerick FC were in the Prem we'd get so much more people watching. Do you remember last season when we were challenging at getting crowds in the four digits, not two digits. I get the feeling I am preaching to the converted however!

    lol

well ox all i say is dont be reading such crap! the limerick leader is the offical newsheet of the munster rugby team, has several legal challenges pending on what it writes and the editor will have another one on his table soon. Take last week for example... limerick with 3 games to play and 10 yes ten points from re-election safety are being told that they have to win to avoid re-election! so even with 3 wins this would have equallled 9 so 9 from 10 = one short you dumbasses!
But its the way there writing at the moment thats so annoying. 5, 6, 10 paragraphs of Negativity, Negativity, Negativity, Negativity, Negativity and then they go "oh, there is a new invstor on board so all will be ok!" you see they havn't a clue whats going on apart from reading this so thats why the ones in the know arnt putting up anything on this at the moment as the de leader (the official fanzine to munster rugby) do be reading it and thats how they make up their stories, but of course they add even more typos and even more Misspellings. Now im not calling for a boycott of the paper but put it this way, all i know have stopped buying it long long ago. So in short dont be reading such tripe!

Don't know - but is is true that we will all have to become religious fundamentalists to get re-elected?

That talanted chairman of ours Michael O'Sullivan has said that there is no other club looking to enter the LoI for next season, thus we have nothing to worry about. He also said that the majority of the vote that is needed to get rid of Limerick has very little chance of being achieved at the re-election meeting.

He went on to say something about the purchase of Hogan Park being completed in January. What exactly is the story with Hogan Park? Who is it being bought from\who is benefiting? Anyone know what plans this new investor has for the future? Trevor, JoeSoap.........can ye PM me if ye are not going to post anything on here, curiosity is killing me!
