doesn't look good
Jeez, some guys just get no luck. How do you fall down a hole in training?
That's a shocker. And bizarre. Bruce just mentions the falling down of a hole in the training ground without further explanation as if this is a fairly common occurrence: "Unfortunately Brady has fallen down a hole in the training ground and it looks an awful injury, I have to say."
Why was there an open hole there in the first place and what was Brady doing near it?
Bruce suggesting he'll be out for weeks, if not the season, from first glance pre-scans.
Looks like Brady is ruled out would have loved to see him get his chance against poland
Ireland's beyond parody injury woes continue. Brady was looking like a key man.
Ou-est le Centre George Pompidou?
Back to Andy Keogh it is so.
yes it's like "unfortunately it's a grade 3 falling down a hole which often means three months out. We were hoping the scans would should it's only a grade one falling down a hole injury and he'd be back after a couple of weeks. Falling down holes can have varying degrees of severity and unfortunately for Robbie this was a sinkhole rather than a mere pothole."
brady out for 6 weeks it appears...

real pity given his recent form and performance v USA
A shame but could be worse. At least it's only a 'Grade 2' and he should be available for June!
Spot on it seems.
Please note: General Admission Tickets are now sold out.

Lukasz Piszczek out of Ireland game.
We won't.
Harry Arter is in the 35-man squad according to Daniel McDonnell on Twitter.
Apparently the original 34-man squad list didn't include Wes Hoolahan - a fresh squad list was promptly printed off with Wes on it.
Ou-est le Centre George Pompidou?
full squad announced: http://www.fai.ie/ireland/news/o%E2%...or-poland-game
apparently nobody at the FAI has figured out HTML tables either
David McGoldrick, Robbie Brady, Anto Pilkington, Aiden McGeady and Rob Elliot are all injured and even if they are recovered in 2 weeks time, they will be sorely lacking in match practice.
Stokes, Doyle, Cox and Green being named in the squad is questionable.
Stephen Quinn hasn't played in yonks.
Stephen Ward hasn't played in 3 months.
There is nothing too dramatic to complain about or anything but a lot of these players are injured, lacking match fitness, not good enough, out of form or all of the above. Is there really a need for 5 goalkeepers?
Are we really that lacking in players that people like Green continue to get called up when he outlived his usefulness over two or three years ago?
A lot of these players are in their thirties and if they aren't, they will be in tournament time.
Derrick Williams will be playing Championship football next season and can play LB or CB, call him up. Paddy Madden had a good cameo against Wales, call him up. Eoin Doyle earned his move to the Championship, call him up. Tommie Hoban has proved that he is ready and can play in several positions across the back, call him up.
Judge, Douglas, Doherty, Scannell, Gleeson, McCann, Kavanagh....
And Damien Delaney's absence is totally puzzling. Not as Andy Reid's and Wes Hoolahan's back in the day but look at Delaney and Keogh's respective form and who would you prefer at the back in a pressure cooker situation?
