#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), only Irish club to win a game / points in Europa League Group Stage (2016).
All very interesting ... but in "Squads 2015"?
Thread discipline seems to have slipped a bit.
Rumours/signings/squads are all over the place with three separate threads catering for them, and bits of all in each.
Maybe the Mods should just merge the three at this stage!
I think I might have been responsible for taking this thread off topic with the clubs retaining leagues.

Andy O'Connell signed for Ramblers today according to the club's twitter account. Good player who could do well for us.
Ryan McEvoy and Alan McNally sign for Bray.
I think McEvoy has a fair bit of skill, based on the few times I have seen him play. But he was not getting many games for Bohs last season, so the move to Bray is understandable.
He was with us last season. At least for the second half of the season.
**Updated squad**
Waterford United - 8.
Manager: Tommy Griffin.
Squad:
Goalkeeper:
Robert Birdsall (Signed from Cobh Ramblers).
Defenders:
Craig Burns (Signed from Cobh Ramblers).
Shaun Cocoran (Re-signed).
Patrick Fitzgerald (Re-signed).
Midfielders:
Thomas Croke (Re-signed).
Brian Nolan (Re-signed).
Anthony O'Donnell (Left back/midfielder) (Signed from Cobh Ramblers).
Bobbi Donoghue (Signed from Cobh Ramblers).
So, essentially, Waterford will be using the only squad that finished below them last season?

You can't trust a man that spells his name Bobbi, I reckon.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
Cork City have signed Liam Miller. That's a nice replacement for Gearoid Morrissey.

Kevin doyle next in line to return to cork?

I wouldn't agree with that, there are similarities. Both good on the ball and very mobile. But on the point of how we fit all those in together, yeah, it'll be interesting.
Having seen Mller in a friendly with Sunderland against us a few years back, at least back then he was miles better than anything in the league. If we have half that player we have a very decent replacement.
