Worst news. Cruciates damaged, no timeline for his return.
I've replied here in the McCarthy thread.

SSN saying out for the season.
Cruciate ligament injuries tend to take about nine months to recover from. Personally I'll be surprised if he plays first team football again before October.
Making a few appearances for Burnley's U21 side, but no firm date on an appearance for the senior side
VS Rochdale on 28th October: http://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/n...e-2770679.aspx
VS Bradford on 20th October: http://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/n...4-2754578.aspx
Made an appearance tonight
On the bench for Burnley today
signed for Barnsley on loan until December 19th: http://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/news/art...n-2807421.aspx
out on loan again, to MK Dons until the end of the season: http://www.mkdons.com/news/article/d...s-3024255.aspx
In another life, he's a mainstay in the squad for France after a minor knock on his Premier League debut for Burnley
He didn't play anywhere last night
Outstanding post.
Linked with Coventry.

Being linked with a move to Bristol City for 500k if they don't manage to sign their main target: http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/8203-br...ail/story.html
EDIT: This Mawkins chap appears to be hot property and is on the radar of moneybags Wolves so Bristol City will be doing well to win that race.

He's playing very well. Keeping it simple, nice passing and good pace. If Keane heads to Everton at the end of the season it'd be great to see along be the one to step in. Certainly some potential there, great for us.
Ward has been great again today (2 weeks in a row I've watched the Burnley game).
Edit: Long could have done a little better just now for the equalizer but was the right backs fault. Assist for McClean.

Awful from Lowton but that's a brilliant touch by McClean to get past him.
