Well spotted, LS. I note that I had listed "Shielton FC 0-2 Sacred Heart FC" in the 2nd, I don't know where it came from, but clearly there was something odd if the 3rd Round fixture listed "Shielton or Sacred Heart".Originally Posted by Longshanks

This is gone beyond ridiculous now at this point, the governing bodies need to sort out this mess! Correct me if I am wrong but are the fixtures shown above by Longshanks for the last 16 of the competition?
Yet these teams are still waiting to play their 4th/5th/6th round games, just goes to show how much of a farce the FAI actually are by letting this continue!
Does anybody know what the hold up is or is really down to Sheilton playing an illegal player and appealing?
FFS how long does it take them to sort a hearing?

Sheriff YC v Tramore FC is on Sunday at 2:00. This will be followed closely in Westport but nearly everyone expects Sheriff to win this one. Don't know an awful lot about Tramore.

as far as I understand it, the scenario is that Sacred Heart beat Sheilton 2-0 in 2nd Round. Sheilton lodged a protest due to Sacred Heart playing intermediate players. Sheilton were re-instated, I suppose there was an appeal. Anyhow the way it is at the moment is that:
3rd Round Dublin Sat - Rush v Sheilton
4th Round Dublin Sat - Rush or Sheilton v Valeview Shankill
5th Round Open Draw - Rush or Sheilton or Valeview Shankill v Leeside FC(Cork)
6th Round Open Draw - Villa FC(Waterford) v Liffey Wanderers(LSL Maj Div Sun) and Rush or Sheilton or Valeview Shankill or Leeside FC v Neangh Celtic(NTDL)
Considering Donnycarney v River Valley Rangers is a 7th Round game and is being played Friday week 6th Feb there will be at least one quarterfinalist known before a 3rd game has been played......farce
