I thought George O'Callaghan was the Man of the Match. He dragged City to that win. 10/10!

I'd say there were around 4500 at it, which was disappointing. There should have been a full house easily.

HOW?! the guy was amazing last night. he won the game for us.

    Ratings:
Devine: 6 Did nothing wrong really, couldn't have done anything about either goal.
Hoggy: 7 Good going forward and sound defensively.
Greg:9.5 For a fella who's never played centre-half. What a performace, won headers he had no right to get too and a superb ball through for flynny as well.
Bennett: ? he'd been sent off by the time I was in the ground! Looked on tv like a foolish decision to pull the guy down really.
Murray: 4 Good goal, but what was he at for the second drogs goal. his passing was good and he made on or two decent bursts forward but defensively I thought he was shocking again.
Woods:7 Strong in defence and linked up well with kearney at times
Gamble: 8 He misplaced one pass- put in your diarys folks, doesn't happen too often.
George: 11! Worked his socks off and showed his class- absolutely majestic. If I ever hear someone criticise his workrate again, there'll be slaps!!
Kearney: 8 got the usual roughhouse treatment from defenders who can't handle his talent. excellent. starting to nick important goals now too.
Doyle: 9 His usual excellent self. won almost every ball he contested and had the defence worried
Flynn: 9 Looked wrecked by the end but had very right to be- worked so, so hard and scored again

Yeah george was absolutely amazing last night, but, as always, there were a few muppets in the donie forde who were giving him stick. john o flynn too, i couldn;t believe it!

don't agree with you about dan eanna, i thought he did an excellent job when benno went off, his distribution was superb and i thought defensively he was excellent, clearing balls closing down men, and organising his defence.

but my god what a game!
Whatever it was I am sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman around here?

these people should be sent down to st colmans park for a month as punishment, and maybe then they'd appreciate what they watch every fortnight. *******
