Big brawl in the 85 minute sparked by waterloo player, first a blatant kick at a fella from behind which was a red in itself n then he threw a punch at him.

interestingly enough only my second time watching waterloo this year and the same lad has been sent off in both games for them.
I had heard from one of his teamates a few weeks ago that he got a 7 game ban over the previous red card which means he would have been ineligible today anyway.

fellas go out for a game of ball.
theres boxing clubs for that carry on.
Has this 7 match ban been clarified

    Havnt heard a thing more.
2 game bans are rare enough in my experience anyway for abusing and sticking the ref the finger after he sent ya off.

    AUL Review after Tuesday's results:

    AUL 3A:
This is a real interesting section at the minute.
Corkbeg's win on Tuesday night sets themselves up nicely for the real big one against Pearse next Sunday.
Leaders Carrigtwohill need only a point to clinch the title and if you were to assume hat happening, then, whoever can win between Pearse and Corkbeg will pick up the runner's up spot which would qualify them for the play-offs for promotion here.

    AUL 3A:
Tower continued to blaze the trail here and I believe that there is not many people would argue that - they are red-hot favorites now to take the title here.
They have now gone 14 games undefeated.

    More next Thursday night..

    Thursday 9th April AUL Results
    AUL 1A: Dunbar Celtic 0 Buttevant 3; UCC 1 Greenmount Rangers 1; Knockraha 2 Richmond 2; Central Rovers 2 Waterloo 0.
    AUL 2: Ballincollig 1 Crescent Ath 2.
AUL 2A: Glenthorn Celtic 1 Knocknaheeny Celtic 5; Glen Celtic 4 Donoughmore Ath 0.
    AUL 3B: Coachford 3 Strand Utd 0.

    No real surprises tonight.
    1A:
In 1A, Buttevant had a solid win to keep in touch with leaders Knockraha who were held to a draw by Richmond.
Central then had a massive win over Waterloo to give themselves a chance with their fight against relegation.

    League 2
Crescent continued with their terrific league form following their 2-1 win over Ballincollig, but they need to as Rathcoole are hot on their heels.

    League 2A
Leaders of 2A - Knocknaheeny continue to hold their own at the top with a big win tonight and Glen Celtic B got back to winning ways with a solid 4-0 victory over Donoughmore.

    League 3B:
Coachford kept their promotional hopes alive also with a good 3-0 win over Strand here.

Some big ones this weekend, Waterloo c only needing a point to wrap up the league in 3. Innishvilla away to Waterloo b lookin to keep in touch with coachford but the game of the week has got to be pearse against corkbeg Sunday morning with the winner claiming a play off place. I'll be up to take in this one, sure to be a tight game which could go either way.

We had a good 4 2 win today against a very young but gutsy waterloo team we went up 3 nil they came back 3 2 and really pushed us hard but we held on and claimed all 3 PTS . Some old fellow lobbed the keeper from 15 yards inside his own half think I can retire now !!!

If coachford drop points to Los zarcos tomorrow ye are sorted for 2nd. I have a feeling coachford will drop 2 points here. Draw here for me anyway. Then again it all depends on how many are out for 1-2 pints ha. The battle for 2nd is heating up
