Macroom 3 Innishvilla 3 great game of ball 2 teams with only 1 thing on their minds to win . Tough game but I don't think their was a bad tackle in the game played at high tempo both sides went at it hammer and thongs . Great to be still playing in games like this fair play to Macroom fine side and easy to see why they did so well all year . All roads lead to Innishvilla on Saturday hopefully we can make use of our home pitch and push on for the win
AUL Results - Tuesday 26th May:
Premier League: Pearse Celtic 2 Park Utd 0; Kilreen Celtic 1 Grattan Utd 1.
Premier A League: Carrigtwohill Utd 3 Cathedral Celtic 2.
3rd Division Promotion Play – Off: Macroom 3 Innishvilla 3.
League don't work on goals scored so I can't see how the playoffs would as its league format would have to look at fAi hand book but I'd say goals scored etc won't come into it that's my view
"Winning isn't everything. Wanting to win is."
We missed a few ourselfs to be fair I was surprised they used the town park I thought would have been played on main pitch . To be fair macroom team was good well able to move ball a few of them lads should have no trouble playing on the A team if they wanted too
Well able to score goals but when conceding 7 in two games it would be hard to get promoted but you would never know in football think inishvilla are an ageing side so not too sure on them even if they get up this year but who knows

So the Corinthians Cup Final really captured the imagination of the public.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.
