    Our European rivals

In the wake of Malmo clinching the Swedish title last night, Iwas just having a look at uefa.com to see how themselves, Nantes and Nijmegen are getting on.

Malmo won the title on the final day, finishing 2 points ahead of Halmstad who could only draw at home.

Nijmegen lost 1-0 away to Ajax on sunday leaving them 12th, 11 points off top after 10 games.

Nantes drew 1-1 away to Ajaccio, leaving them 9th, 10 points off top after 12 games.

NEC and Nantes are on fairly regularly (Nantes especially) on Eurogoals.

Lille who beat Shels are going great guns in France
