Thurles Town Ground

Did Thurles Town's ground have a name? Pretty much all the reports I have just say Thurles, while I have seen Greyhound Stadium a few times as well.

From all my records, it was always referred to as "Thurles" & "Greyhound Stadium" as you mentioned.

Just noticed this now. It was known as the Greyhound Stadium. It was also a functioning greyhound stadium. Normally very small crowds with everyone on the terrace but we were out on the Greyhound track in 1979 as it was packed.
