Just wanted to give a mention to what is an excellent initiative by Finn Harps. It will be a big boost to youth football with excellent coaching.
The trials were excellently attended. The set up seems excellent. Very impressive indeed.
Well done Finn Harps. I hope they reap the benefits.

Just give you guys an update on how it's going.
The lads have been training at the Letterkenny Aura Leisure Centre every Sunday. Carel Tiofack, Pat McCann and Conor Winn ran a training session for them. Great to see the senior players there and fair play to them for taking the time.
They 1999 Academy team has played two games thus far against Dungloe Town at Gweedore Celtic's ground, An Screaban and against Swilly Rovers at Swilly Park.
The 1999 Academy will be competing at this years Hughes Insurance Foyle Cup and the Macron Galway Cup. It is a big squad of players so not all players will play at both tournaments.
As well as the official Finn Harps website and social media pages, their progress can be followed here https://www.facebook.com/harps1999?fref=ts
For the record, there is also a 2000 Academy team. As soon as I get any information on them, I'll post it.
