The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

You are missing Newport out of that list who are back after a few years.
There is acouple of junior clubs gone
Ballina United
Glenisland
Parhside
Inver ? not to sure
Hollister ? - if they will be a club this year,Town wants there pitch back for a B team.
There would be a number of clubs who has youth teams one of which is Greenway it would be the youths of Mulranney and Newport.
The bombers and Cross also failed to register in the Mayo League last season.
Added, no website that i cant find though.

Inver had no team in mayo league junior last season... First ive heard of greenway defo not a junior side unless they are youths.and from what i know cross and ballyvary dont have junior teams eithier this season
Greenway Utd are a youth club only.
Ballyvary Blue Bombers are training away at the moment with 20 lads training so i hear so they will be a junior team this year for sure!
Inver Utd, Cross Celtic and Ballina Utd were both gone last year so i would doubt they be back this year.
Ok, that should be up to date there now so. If i'm still missing anything can you let me know?
