if it is a state of the art top of the range facility the commute wont come into it as much bit like the county teams going to ul because it is exactly that..Only other worry would be is would people look at it as a move by POS to take the club out of the city??

The home ground's going to be in the city. While the base of operations will be in the county, the primary place where fans interact with the club is going to be the MF.
