Noel Campbell

Can anybody give me any information on Noel Campbell who played 11 games for Ireland between 1971 and 1977? A young Noel Campbell lived with us in London in the mid 60's and was a junior with Arsenal. We lost touch when he returned home and we emmigrated to Australia. I am wondering if it may be the same Noel Campbell.
