Good to see Meyler and Quinn play. A decent result for Hull after recent results though Roberto said Everton have played an incredible number of games and were tired.
Quinn and Meyler in for Hull to face Everton, with Brady dropping to the bench. Coleman starts and McGeady is a sub for Everton.

McShane training with U-21's after bust up with Bruce.
Meyler, Quinn and Brady all start v Sunderland today. No McShane in the squad as expected, though Bruce would be forgiven for giving in after this defensive masterclass from his son put Sunderland 1-0 up.

Shocking stuff from Bruce, still Hull recovered well with 3 Irish playing.
Mind you it may have been part of a secret cunning plan, I notice when some fairly poor teams go one up early on they end up getting stuffed.
Actually looking at it again should Alex have had a free kick?
Actually I think it is Curtis Davis not Alex Bruce.

I think Quinn's little run into the box may may have helped a little in this goal by taking the keepers attention
to the left of the goal, making more space at the right post. ( at 0.38 ).
What a mess.
BBC 1 5.30 KO
Quite a few Irish line up.

Backed Hull to win at 15/2 it's a tricky bet![]()
Wow Quinn took a really nasty tackle to the ankle , I thought his leg was broke,
back on his feet me must be made of stern stuff.
McShane back in the side, along with Quinn and Brady, to face Arsenal. Just gone 1-0 down from a corner conceded by McShane, but he didn't have any other option really.
What an absolutely unbelievable block by McShane there, whose had an excellent first 20 minutes for Hull.
https://kesslereffect.bandcamp.com/album/kepler - New music. It's not that bad.
Brilliant goal-line clearance from McShane from Sanchez when it would have been 2-0 and game over.
Yea I backed Hull but they went a goal down, dunno if I will see that 50p again.
Worth noting Hull went 1-0 down to Sunderland and came back to win 1-3
Can't see that happening here though. Hull giving the ball away too cheaply, well one guy is anyway.

Commentator has just said Quinn has played well, something I was thinking, McShane has done well too, Brady's kicks have been top notch,
nice to see a player who can cross a ball without wasting it. He would put 100 in before he put in a bad one, with other players it is every other ball.
[edit] Brady just put in a bad one, but it might have been a cheeky shot on goal, was not far from the top corner. About the only way Hull would
get a gaol.
It's all Hull this half, though Arsenal are still creating the odd really good chance.
