First Division Champions
Around 1500 at Drogheda v. Dublin City.

Bohs-Drogheda from a few weeks ago - official attendance 2654
El Derby attendance was about 2600 last night. Official attendance will be in the next programme.
90 at Kilkenny-UCD.
There was 120 approx at the Sligo Rovers v Limerick game tonight. But its not the worst ive been to this year (the town is though) at the monaghan game a few weeks ago there was 37 in attendence.
Dundalk V Finn Harps 300-400
Children in the dark cause accidents.
Accidents in the dark cause children.
2,500 at Derry v Shels (FAI Cup)

Computer's been to the doctor, and has come back minus Office 2000, so I can't get at my Excel sheet with the attendances for the moment. Think this is correct, though apologies for any errors! Should have it sorted out in the next few days though...
120 sounds very low for Sligo given their previous lowest was about 500...?

About 1500 at Waterford United v Shelbourne on wednesday night.
much overstated here. The night we played them there was less than 500 at the western derby smallest crowd ive ever seen in the showgrounds for this game.
Bray.Harps and Dundalk crowds also seem vastly overstated im sure some of their fans would come up with more realistic figures.
Harps figures are underestimated if anything, couldn't be much lower!Drastic drop from last year.![]()
Where do those figures come from? With the exception of Cork (and possibly Drogheda), I reckon they are all inflated. And how come they are ALL down on last year's - surely Drogheda's crowds are bigger now than ever before. For Rovers, I would say our average for this season has been roughly 8-900.
Ireland: Discovered!
Dundalk v Sligo (3-2)
Thurs Nights Attendance 700 according to sligorovers.com
Republic of Ireland Soccer Supporter Club (RISSC London).
Most of the figurs are fan guesstimates by necessity, except Bohs (official) and Drogs (half are official). An official average for Pat's was posted and was 200 over what was here. That's the only guide to how correct the attendances are unfortunately. In the First, Galway's are official and UCD's are accurate. It's far from perfect, but until the FAI start releasing attendances, it's the best we can do.Originally Posted by manic da hoop
The reason they're all down is because I'm deliberately trying to keep the figures conservative and will pick the lowest reasonable figure (i.e. if the attendance is put at 1500-1750, I'll put in 1500). I didn't do this thread last year, and I don't think that was applied then. A fair few Star figures got into the system as well...! 2005 attendances should be comparable to 2004 and will be better for telling if attendances are up or down.
At least 1800 at Dublin City vs. Bohs.
800-1000 at Bray-UCD. Keep it at 800 to keep conservative.
