For those not travelling to dublin 2nite, i think its a disgrace that Shels kicked RTE out. I wanna see the game but have no money(student life) at the moment, so the TV is the next best thing. I saw that people were in support of shels kicking out RTE, but surely the gate would be huge anyway, being a top of the table clash! I reckon there'll be 8,000 there, and about 1,000 will be city fans from far and wide. i no that my brother and all his mates in dublin are heading over to it and they have never been to the cross. there's massive interest.
I think its great! No tv jinx and a better atmosphere. Listening on the radio it is for you buddy! If you can bum a lift of someone it wont cost much more than going to a home match at the X, or 3 hours in a pub.
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.
