The ref didn't react for a few seconds after; I don't know was it until he saw the blood or was there a bit of afters off camera. The latter'd explain it better; it certainly didn't look like a red.
But we need to use this to take control of the game more. We're comfortable in defence (unless when Forde's off flapping), and there's some nice passing out of defence (and some horrible passes too, granted), but as noted, we're not really getting anything from the mid to the front line. With a man advantage, we need to work on that.

Forde seems to really think he has made it already. He hasn't. He has had a couple of really good performances in competitive games; a few Hollywood saves. He needs to sustain it.
The only thing we should be aware of is that Forde is worth the odd head stagger in between being generally very good under a cross. If he rolls a couple of mistakes in a no-harm friendly, then all the better. Fordey's just getting ahead for the campaign.
Very odd phrasing. Players can make a mistake without it being complacency related. More accurate to say Forde will occasionally do this (as PO'S indicated).
Though, of course, I'd expect him to give himself a gentle boot up the hole for the second half.

They have a decent ranking 28 we are double that and then some.
That was some header he was nearly outside the box.
Trouble is when someone has even a useless shot he acts like a goal has been scored.
