    Question Town 1 Cork 2

Didn't make it to the Flansiro last night. How did we perform Max? Heard Alan put out a young team ahead of Sunday? Disapointing loosing to them again in the space of a few days. I just hope we can lift it for Sunday. I know we will!

Course we can lift it for Sunday. I know we will be lifting the Cup on Sunday as well.

Cork City played less than their best too, by most accounts. I think the match would have been better, and it could have been better for Town, if you had your best XI. Nothing like a practice run against Munster side to prepare ye for Sunday.
Best of luck btw. I prefer the honest graft of the Longford side as the way to lift the cup, rather than the route one thug approach of Waterford.

I'm probably wasting my breath here but Waterford United do play good football at times and this idea that we are a route 1 thug team is only held by the biased fans of Cork City.We played some super stuff against Bohs in the first half and Daryl Murphy and Jose Quitongo are two of the most exciting players in the league.
